Who flipped the Donny Hathaway sample better? Was it Dr. Dre on Lil’ Ghetto Boy (The Chronic) or was it RZA on Little Ghetto Boys (Wu-Tang is Forever)

I’m not entirely sure because sometimes I prefer the Dre version and sometimes RZA’s. I think the rapping is better on RZA’s version, however my main question remains. Who flipped the sample better in your opinion?
