Vegas Concert organizer closing the venue after fans waited 6 hours for Jay Electronica to do a second no-show for a concert in a row

Fans waited 6 hours for Jay Electronica's show in Vegas, for the organizer to close the venue without Jay showing up. This was yesterday, a day before, similarly, Jay did a no-show in Phoenix, Arizona. The fans did not get to hear Jay rap "when i was sleeping on the train" because that was likely his life at the time.
