Thought It might be fun to share what spotify recommended to me and what I walked away liking after listening (currently 3 AM, your boy cranked out his homework early YESSUH)
30 Songs is Hella IK, so i'll cut it to 5 favs + 1 Bonus non-rap:
1. Kendrick Lamar's Interlude - off of Ab-Soul's 2014 Album, These Days W Kendrick as always.
Made me say to myself that the Kendrick and Drake beef wasn't about lyrical ability cause Drake would've been exiled from rap as a whole not just industry. This song was beautiful gang, peak rapping and instrumental with Solo wrapping up the ending. Production by Terrance Martin and sounds like Soundwave but not listed on Spoti.
2. Survival of the Fittest - by Shaudie Man, off of GOD TOLD ME album
Ts ride and he talking ts. Made me look into his discog and spent more time after listening to his two newest projects in 2025 which i recommend.
- Aint Going - by Kuttem Reese, off of Still Kutt
Instrumental goes crazy and he flowing. Im late to this song for it releasing this year, but ts fire.
- Threw Up the Drank - by Hariroc ft. Lil Tony and Nino Paid, off his newest album THE SQUIDFATHER
IDK wtf a squidfather is, but ts peak. Lil Tony flow undefeated and beat fye. What else is there to say everyone showed up and performed. Chill track.
- Daddy's Birthday - Young Thug, off of Beautiful Thugger Girls
Instrumental jus so beautiful. Keys is calm, and Thug is being Thug.
BONUS - Real Life - by Ear, off of the 2025 release The Most Dear and The Future
Sensory Song. Legit felt like I was on a trip, ifykyk. Song was so good made me stop progress on completing this weeks playlist to listen to their entire discog (10 songs, all good). I honest to god don't know what genre this is but im investing heavily.
W listening session as always. Check Comments for Playlist Link to my Recent Favorites.
