In their song T-Pain, Bas has the following line
I be banging her, banging her, banging her, giving her triplets
This line has multiple meanings:
He's having sex and impregnating her with triplets.
He's giving her the line three times.
He's delivering the line in a triplet cadence.
But here's the paradox. If this is a triple entendre, Bas is also "giving her triplets" in the form of a triple entendre, which would make this a quadruple entendre. But if it's a quadruple entendre, then he's not giving her triplets and it doesn't fit the scheme which would make it a triple entendre. This circular, undecidable logic loop while trying to decide whether this is a triple entendre or a quadruple, is what makes it what I call a "paradoxic triple" or perhaps a "meta quadruple". It's a triple with an added layer that's about it being a triple.
