Trap Rap Beats

Eminem's Relapse, Tyler's The Wolf Trilogy and clipping.'s There Existed an Addiction to Blood/Visions of Bodies Being Burned are severely underrated horrorcore projects and are some of the best in the genre

Relapse is probably one of the best if not the best Eminem album. The imagery is really dark and vivid and the technical ability of Eminem is at it's peak. How he was able to bend the words to rhyme by using the accents is incredible and mind-blowing. The Dr. Dre production is also really great, some of his best instrumentals are on here. It does not get enough love both in the horrorcore community and in Eminem's fanbase.

The Wolf Trilogy (Bastard, Goblin and Wolf) as a whole is Tyler, the Creators best project. The concept is great with all his alter-egos inspired by Eminem and MF DOOM. Bastard is probably one of the best mixtapes I've heard and is a horrorcore classic. The lo-fi production really creates a perfect atmosphere for the dark lyrics. I mean "Sarah" is probably one of the most disturbing rap songs ever (next to songs like "Kim"). Goblin isn't as great but still has some of the best horrorcore songs like Yonkers. It is probably the weakest Tyler album tho but it's still not bad at all. Wolf is a break from horrorcore in the story but it's really important to the story and connects Bastard and Goblin perfectly. It is an essential alternative rap album. Tyler is also an amazing producer so ofc the production is really good for the most part.

clipping.'s last two albums are just peak horrorcore, easily the best in the genre. The production and sound design are mind-blowing and are unmatched in the genre, I would go even as far to say that they're one of the best produced hip-hop album period. Daveed Diggs is also one of the best rappers in the game with insane technical skill. These two albums literally scare me. There Existed an Addiction to Blood is also one of my favorite albums of all time so yeah... Maybe they're not underrated since they have received a lot of praise from critics (except Pitchfork, I don't know what they're talking about) but they deserve more attention and recognition.

If you think I'm crazy please tell me in the comments hahah :)
I would like to hear your opinions!
