Need tips and tricks to visit hip-hop show or venue in Japan

Hey all,

I'm planning to go to Tokyo and Kyoto in the first weeks of April this year.

Next to all things I'm already planning to do in Japan, I would like to visit a hip-hop concert in either Kyoto (April 5-7) or Tokyo (April 10-13)

I'm wondering if any of you can bring me up to speed on venues, how to buy tickets from abroad (The Netherlands in this case) and any other tips and tricks.
