DISCLAIMER: I'm a big fan of these artist, not trying to undermine their work because of their beliefs.
For example, Carti and Uzi seem to be full-on satanist. Additionally, Kanye has been acting quite differently since Donda was released, and I can't help but notice a shift in his behavior (antisemetism, donda school). Then there's Doja Cat, whose music videos seem to contain some full-on satanic imagery. And finally, Travis Scott's movie for his album UTOPIA has some rather unusual visuals. Travis, Kanye, Carti & Uzi all have satanic symbolism in their merch. What baffles me even more is that both Travis and Kanye are often seen as Christians, which makes their artistic choices all the more surprising.
So, here's what I'm wondering: Is there a genuine connection to Satanism with these artists, or is it possible that they are leveraging this imagery as part of a media attention strategy?
