Sleepers looks familiar

I've just discovered Rapper Big Pooh's 2005 album Sleepers, and the album cover looks very familiar

Jeff Jank wrote about the Dilla cover - [link here] - but doesn't mention the RBP album. Just curious if anyone else has thought about this before / knows anything about it..
